☆TERMS OF SERVICE☆
Please read the following terms of service if you wish to request a commission. Be aware that the TOS can change at any point in time. Upon receiving payment, full or partial, you agree to the terms of service. Failure to do so may lead to the user being blacklisted. 🟆 All work is for personal or private use and thus are prohibited from commercial use. Works may not be used to train Ai Programs nor Edited, copied or altered with the use of AI technology. This includes but is not limited to commissions, gifts and raffles.🟆 Payments are currently only accepted Via Paypal.🟆 Claiming works as your own or tampering with the watermark is prohibited.🟆 Payment in full is expected at the beginning of the request for commissions $200 or less. Otherwise, 50% is expected upon accepting the sketch and the other 50% is expected upon completion.🟆 You are allowed up to three (3) minor changes for the final draft. Minor changes are considered basic color changes, small adjustments to the subject matter that does not change the overall composition. Changes outside of this are subject to an additional charge.🟆 [ADOPTABLES] Once purchased, the buyer has full ownership and rights of said character design with exception to any art of the character the artist has created. The buyer can not claim the art as their own creation. Characters can be resold, edited, and traded at the buyers discretion.🟆 There is no explicit timeline, however, please allow at least 30 to 45 days at minimum for progress on your request. If you request a deadline, there will be an additional cost of %50 of the total commission.🟆 Unless stated otherwise, all commissions are strictly digital and no pieces will be mailed.🟆 The customer has up to 48 Hours to respond to the inquiry or your request will be declined.🟆 You must provide visual reference for your request with the exception of commission sheets in which you must provide a document/google drive/ect. If I must design your character for you, this will be an additional fee.🟆 I reserve the right to use the image as I please. I do not claim ownership of any OCs or character property that is not mine. These include examples, posting online, portfolios, ect.🟆 Users must be 18 years or Older in order to be accepted for a commission request.🟆 All commissions are final. No refunds will be given unless within good and sound reason determined by the artist. A commission can be canceled prior to the initial sketch.🟆 Prices detailed on this websites are estimates and may not reflect final price due to complexity or special requests.
